Marcelle Partridge & Denise Martinson. Where do I even begin! My husband and I first got introduced to Marcelle a few years ago when we were selling our home in Colorado. Marcelle came in to meet with us with a smile and an ambitious attitude. She was kind, honest, non-pushy, smart, and was kind to our two children. She was fair with what we thought we would get for the house, and honesty was something we appreciated. She got a photographer to take great photos of the house and really helped the place look spectacular. The house was listed right away, an open house took place, and our home quickly sold. The signing process went well and that is where we met Denise Martinson. Denise was also kind, honest, and non-pushy and made the long signing process a fun one!

Fast forward a year. My husband and I decided we were ready to purchase again and in a new neighborhood. We moved about an hour and a half away from our previous place and we were in need of a realtor! We had such an excellent experience with Marcelle and Denise, but we were almost positive they wouldn’t be willing to drive 50+ miles to help us look at houses in our new neighborhood. WRONG! They were willing! I believe they showed us about 15 houses, which is a ton if you are driving 100 miles round trip every time. Marcelle and Denise were always in a good mood (hard for some when you are driving so far away). They always came prepared with comps on the houses in the area and what they felt we could get in our price range. Any time we had a question, they responded quickly, whether it was email, text, or a phone call. And, believe me, we had a lot of questions. They were not in a hurry to make their commission, they really wanted us to find a home that would be perfect for our family. And, they found us our dream home. They are more than just realtors, they are great business women, and however, they provide a service that is unlike anything my husband and I have ever experienced. They care about their customer. Marcelle and Denise want you to find a place that works for you and that is something you don’t over pay for. There are not enough words in the dictionary that can express how grateful we are to the both of them. They are great at their job and they make it fun if you are buying or selling your home. Truly not enough good things I can say about these two remarkable women.

Marcelle is an outstanding realtor. She is very knowledgeable, professional, organized and a great person. She was always available to answer all the many questions we had as first-time buyers. I will not hesitate to work with her again in the future!
